Hokie Focus Parking
On-campus parking can be tricky, even on the weekends. Here are directions to plenty of hassle-free parking.
Please obtain directions to campus from the Visitor Information Center. Once you arrive on campus, turn left at the first traffic light onto Duck Pond Drive, then right onto Washington Street, you should then proceed around the roundabout to go right onto West Campus Drive.
Please note: parking on the Drillfield is very limited. We recommend driving past the Drillfield (which will be on your right) and turning right onto Perry Street. The parking lots on the right and left sides of Perry St. are available. Follow the balloons and signs to Burruss Hall, which is located on the Drillfield.
Parking Pointers
You can park in almost any parking place on the weekends, with the following exceptions:
- metered parking spaces at the University Bookstore (meters elsewhere on campus are generally not enforced on weekends)
- parking lots marked 24-hour faculty and staff (F/S 24-hour)
- a designated handicapped parking space without a handicapped permit
