Crop and Soil Environmental Sciences
Managing soils and producing plants for food, pleasure, recreation, and a healthy environment while protecting soil and land resources - these are the interests of crop, soil, and environmental sciences majors.
Options within the department include soil environment, agroecology, turf management, biotechnology, and international agriculture.
Careers range from integrated pest management to international development, environmental legislation to biotechnological investigation, and cash cropping to product marketing.
