Virginia Community College System On-Site Application Review
If you are a student at a Virginia Community College, an on-site application review date may be scheduled during the months of January and February. Please see the VCCS on-site application review schedule below.
We cannot review for the following majors during on-site application review: Architecture, Industrial Design, Interior Design, and Landscape Architecture. As a result, even if we are scheduled for an on-site application review at your community college, you must apply by the February 15 application deadline if you are interested in one of these four majors (Architecture, Industrial Design, Interior Design, and Landscape Architecture).
If you are planning to apply to Virginia Tech during one of our scheduled on-site application review dates, please make sure you complete the following four steps:
- Check with your Transfer Center or Transfer Counseling Office to set up an appointment during the scheduled on-site application review time.
- Complete a Transfer Application for Undergraduate Admissions (you will need to download and print the paper application).
- Bring the application fee in the form of check or money order made payable to Virginia Tech.
- Bring official copies of transcripts from all colleges attended and high school (Unofficial transcripts will suffice for the application review process, but you must submit official transcripts if an offer of admission is extended and accepted.
